Q4 2025 Europe Roundup: Volunteer Cleanups, Drug-Prevention Outreach and Human-Rights Education

Across October–December 2025, community volunteers connected with Scientology social programmes carried out multiple local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup included community cleanups and practical civic service, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.

Organisers cited initiatives across several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers cooperating with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
